In The News
Great News! The Georgia Charitable Care Network (GCCN) has awarded us a $15,000 grant to support our "Patient Assistance for Living" (PAL) program. When patients have special unmet needs that affect their health, we'll be able to offer some help with challenges including transportation, utilities, food, housing, or clothing. The key to this program is our wonderful Amy Kelly, Social Work Case Manager from our community partner Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Thanks to GCCN and PNH!!
