We are seeing patients at the Clinic. You also can schedule a telemedicine appointment with your provider if you do not need an in-person appointment.

Please call the Clinic at (770) 683-5272 to schedule an appointment, request a prescription refill, or speak to a social worker.

Prescriptions – Patients who have prescriptions at the Clinic may pick them up Monday through Thursday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm at the Clinic.
