Emergency Weather Update: Clinic closed 10/29/2020 due to Hurricane Zeta


In keeping with Coweta County Schools scheduling, we will be closed Thursday, October 29, 2020 due to potentially dangerous weather from Hurricane Zeta. Our staff will be calling tomorrow to reschedule all appointments, If you need emergency care, please call 911 or go to Piedmont Newnan Hospital Emergency room. 


Coronavirus Update — We're here for you!

We are now seeing patients at the Clinic. You also can schedule a telemedicine appointment with your provider if you do not need an in-person appointment. 

  • Please call the Clinic at (770) 683-5272 to schedule an appointment, request a prescription refill, or speak to a social worker.

  • Prescriptions – Patients who have prescriptions at the Clinic may pick them up Monday through Thursday between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm at the Clinic.

  • Transportation - United Way of Greater Atlanta and Lyft offer transportation for patients who need a ride to medical appointments; grocery store or food pantry; employment services like job interviews and training; and assistance programs like food stamps, Medicaid, or Social Security. Call 211 and explain why you need a ride. Some restrictions apply.

  • If you think you have been exposed to Coronavirus or have symptoms, please call (866) 460-1119 (toll-free) Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. 

  • Emergency care for urgent situations or symptoms. Don't let the fear of COVID-19 stop you from getting the care you need. Call 911 or go to the emergency room immediately. 

  • Basic, restorative dental care for current Clinic patients is currently unavailable due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Here are some of the extra steps we’re taking to ensure your safety:

  • Requiring masks for all patients. We will provide a mask if you do not have one.

  • Cleaning facilities. We routinely disinfect throughout the day. The waiting room will not be open.

  • Physical distancing. We will schedule only four patients each day and increase the time between appointments to 30 minutes. We will care for you in your car if you might have COVID-19. 

  • Requiring staff to wear masks at all times and additional appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. Staff will also follow hand-washing hygiene guidelines.​
